Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment greatly impact our ability to fill that time slot.
For this reason, any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%.
This policy ensures we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients and respect the time reserved for you. Thank you for your understanding.
